Reflections Holiday Parks - Red Rock Holiday Park

Beautiful park but terrible management and customer service. After making 2 separate bookings and confirming details over the phone, the new manager denied that these conversations took place or that we'd had bookings there on the same sites for 4 consecutive years. The manager was unapologetic and took no accountability for their errors and miscommunication. The one site (instead of 2) that was booked was completely unsuitable.

Staff were dismissive and rude. We did "glamping" and while the tent was big, it was freezing. It rained a lot while we were here and the tent was damp and smelly (to the point where unused towels were damp from being in the tent, as were our clothes). I asked for a heater but staff said "no", and told us that we chosen glamping and this is how it is. As we flew from Melb, we did not have capacity to pack a small heater. In addition, reception staff reluctantly gave us enough toilet paper to last our stay, but we had to ask for it. I think for $176 per night, it's alright to provide a roll of toilet paper per day (we paid for 5 nights). Even asking for extra bin liners was a hassle for them, and they only gave it to us when we asked if they wanted us to put the rubbish directly in the kitchen bin. Much more I could say, but will leave it at that. Don't like being treated like we are a nuisance when we've paid good money to be here. Wouldn't recommend this place. Apparently new managers or owners. We cut our losses and left a night early. They were very clear - no refund. They lost us and our future money as we wouldn't book here ever again. Will also be telling our friends and family not to use this place.

Caravan site for the night. (01/09/23). We found this wonderful wonderful little gem. Tucked between ocean and river. Beautiful. Quiet location and good amenities. The reception lady was just wonderful, cheerful and very welcoming. Wish we had longer to stay. We will definitely be back. We stay in a lot of parks and this one is a winner.

my family and i were in the glamping tent for the first time, been coming here since i was a little kid, know i bring my family, it was a great experience very clean, lots of room with 3 adults in it, and a wonderful spot, close to the creek and just up the road was the beach ready to float down ,Amazing spot. You should all visit Jen Mark and Amber
